We are Belfast based, however, we cover the whole of Northern Ireland & The Republic of Ireland.

We offer complimentary delivery for all events located within a 50-mile radius of our Belfast headquarters. For venues beyond that range, a mileage fee of 45p per additional mile (after the first 50 miles) will apply.

For all of our packages, our team will be there for our delivery and set up which happens before your gaming hours begin, as well as break down of the games after your gaming hours. Additionally an attendant will be present during your event. during your specified gaming hours to reset the games as they are played, answer your guests’ questions, and offer playing tips.

Many of our games require special tools and careful setup, so at this time we’re not able to offer self-service rentals. But honestly, we wouldn’t want you lifting a finger anyway! That’s why all of our rental packages include everything—delivery, full setup, and hassle-free takedown—so you can simply relax and enjoy your event.

All of our rental packages include up to 4 consecutive hours of game time. This does not include setup or breakdown, which are both provided at no extra cost.

Depending on the package and venue, setup can take anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours and is completed earlier in the day before your guests arrive. After your event, we handle the breakdown, which also takes between 45 minutes and 2 hours. These additional hours are fully covered in your rental—no hidden fees, just seamless service from start to finish.

We’re more than happy to create a custom package tailored to your event! Please note, however, that our minimum booking is Package #1

We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to reserve your event date. All balances must be paid in full one week prior to your event.

To keep our games and rental items in top condition, they must be protected from the elements at all times. As the host, you’re responsible for ensuring they remain safe and dry throughout your event. We strongly recommend having a weather contingency plan in place. If needed, we’re happy to help you create a backup plan—complete with a list of games suited for both fair and inclement weather.

While it’s very unlikely, we like to be upfront—just in case something unexpected happens. If an item gets slightly damaged but can be repaired, we’ll simply charge the cost of the fix. If it’s damaged beyond repair (which is super rare), we may need to charge a replacement fee, but we always aim to keep things fair and reasonable. That said, don’t worry—our games are tough, and and it hasn’t happened so far.
