  4. We will check availability and follow up with a final quote. You’ll pay a 50% deposit to reserve your date, with the remaining balance paid one week prior to the event.

  5. As we get closer to the event, we will lock in the logistics with you and your event planner, like what time we arrive and setup (before gaming hours) then it’s GAME ON!

We want to make booking with us as easy and as simple as possible. Take a look at our frequently asked questions below. If you can’t find the answer, simply get in touch!

  • We are Belfast based, however, we cover the whole of Northern Ireland.

  • All event locations within a 50 mile radius of our headquarters in Belfast are eligible for free white glove delivery with any package! beyond that 50 mile radius, we charge 45p per additional mile travelled (beyond the first 50 miles).

  • For all of our packages, our team will be there for our white glove delivery and set up which happens before your gaming hours begin, as well as break down of the games after your gaming hours. Additionally an attendant will be present during your event. This attendant will be present during your specified gaming hours to reset the games as they are played, answer your guests’ questions, and offer playing tips.

  • Most of our games are very particular to set up and require specific tools, so unfortunately at this time we are unable to offer self-service rentals. Besides we don’t want you to have to do a thing except enjoy your party! This is why all of our game rental packages are all-inclusive with stress-free white glove delivery, set up and breakdown.

  • All of our rental packages include up to 4 consecutive hours of gaming time. This is separate from the set-up and breakdown time, both of which are included with every rental package at no additional cost.

    We need anywhere from 45 minutes to two hours for set up (depending on the rental package and venue). The set-up happens earlier in the day before your guests arrive. Breakdown happens at the end of your gaming window and can take anywhere from 45 minutes to two hours (depending on the rental package and venue). There is no additional charge for the hours it takes us to set up and break down.

  • We’re happy to work up a custom package for you! But please note that our minimum rental is Package #1.

  • We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to reserve your event date. All balances must be paid in full one week prior to your event.

  • We offer a courtesy one week hold for your rental package while we work out the details, but beyond that we have a first pay, first reserve policy.

  • Please note that our games and rental items must be protected from the elements at all times, so you are responsible for making sure they are safe and dry the entire time they are at your event venue. It’s best for you to have an inclement weather plan in place. We are happy to work up a back-up rain plan with you! This way you can have a list of games for good weather, and a separate list of games for inclement weather..

    Because your reserved items cannot be rented to any other party, deposit and balance payments cannot be refunded for any reason including inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding!

  • Cancellations must be made in writing via email. Rental packages cancelled 6 months prior to their event date will receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations made up to 5 months in advance of their event date will receive a 75% deposit refund. Cancellations made up to 3 months in advance of their event date will receive a 50% deposit refund. Cancellations made up to 1 month in advance of their event date will receive a 25% deposit refund. Any cancellations thereafter forfeit the entirety of their payments.

  • Though this is highly unlikely, it's best to be prepared and clear on our damage policy. If there is a repairable damage made, we only charge the cost of repair. If a piece is damaged beyond repair we charge a replacement cost, which varies per game. But please rest easy- the chances of this happening are extremely slim. Knock on wood, it hasn’t happened yet!
